New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.26 million digital equity notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.26 million of 0% digital equity notes due Aug. 15, 2025 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above 82.5% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.78%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2121% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 17.5%.
