Chicago, Sept. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.05 million of 0% uncapped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 5, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus 115% of the worst performing index return.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 10% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The securities are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
