Chicago, Aug. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Aug. 22, 2024 linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus a 3.75% call premium if the index closes at or above initial level on Aug. 21, 2023.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index.
Otherwise, investors receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
