New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.3 million uncapped return enhanced notes on S&P 500 ETF
Chicago, May 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.3 million of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due May 1, 2028 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2905 times the ETF return. If the ETF return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
