New Issue: JPMorgan sells $250,000 uncapped buffered equity notes on tech ETF, Nasdaq

Chicago, May 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% uncapped buffered equity notes due June 7, 2027 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Technology Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each asset finishes at or above its initial value, the payout will be par plus the return of the laggard underlier.

If the laggard asset declines up to 33.55%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the laggard asset below 33.55%.
