Chicago, Sept. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.75 million of 0% uncapped buffered equity notes due Aug. 31, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
If the index finishes below its initial level but above its 72% buffer level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the index beyond the 28% buffer.
