New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.12 million autocallable barrier notes linked to indexes

Chicago, June 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.12 million of 0% autocallable barrier notes due Dec. 5, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically starting May 31, 2022 and on any subsequent semi-annual review date at a premium of 9.25% per year if the worst performing index closes above 100% of its initial value on the successive determination dates.
