New Issue: JPMorgan sells $991,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes on indexes

Chicago, May 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $991,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due April 30, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times the return of the worst performing index.
If any index falls but each index finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.
