New York, March 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $166,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due Dec. 20, 2023 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes pay a contingent monthly interest payment at a rate of 13% if the fund closes above its coupon barrier, 80% of its initial price, on the relevant review date.
If the fund closes above 95% of its initial level on any monthly review date other than the first through fifth and final, the notes will be automatically called at par.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the fund finishes below its buffer level, 80% of its initial price, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the fund declines beyond 20%.
