New Issue: JPMorgan sells $15.54 million digital equity notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $15.54 million of 0% medium-term, series A digital equity notes due Aug. 25, 2022 to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,134.50 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% index decline beyond 12.5%.
