New Issue: iStar prices $100 million add-on to 4¾% senior notes due 2024 at 102 to yield 4.289%

Portland, Ore., Nov. 26 – iStar priced a $100 million add-on to its 4¾% senior notes due Oct. 1, 2024 (Ba3/BB-) at 102 to yield 4.289% in a quick-to-market public sale on Tuesday, according to market sources.

The reoffer price came at the rich end of the 101.5 to 102 price talk.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities Inc., Barclays, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC were the joint bookrunners.

The New York City-based real estate investment trust plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
