S&P: Ingersoll-Rand Lux BBB

Standard & Poor’s said it assigned BBB and A-2 corporate credit ratings to Ingersoll-Rand Lux International Holding Co. Sarl.

The outlook is stable.

Ingersoll-Rand Lux guarantees the notes issued by Ingersoll-Rand Global Holding Co. Ltd. and Ingersoll-Rand Luxembourg Finance SA, along with its ultimate parent company’s credit facilities and commercial-paper program, S&P said.
