NABUfit Global will conduct private placement of stock, hires advisor

Arrowhead gets one-time $10,000 services fee, 10% of proceeds raised

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 31 – NABUfit Global Inc. engaged Arrowhead Capital Advisors as its advisor for a private placement of common stock on Aug. 30, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Arrowhead will be paid a one-time services fee of $10,000 and 10% of the total proceeds received from the sale.

The Orem, Utah, company designs and markets an online fitness portal, NABUfit virtual training, and manufactures fitness products.
