Company sells 1,504,050 shares at $0.92 per share through offering

Knoxville, Tenn., July 15 – NABUfit Global Inc. said it settled a $1.38 million private placement of stock.
The company sold 1,504,050 common shares at $0.92 per share, a 42.5% discount to the July 14 closing share price of $1.60.
Jan Bech Anderson bought 403,260 shares for $371,000.
“This infusion of capital will allow the company to move forward to complete its website portal, attract additional notable athletic ambassadors and begin revenue-generating activities,” chief executive officer Brian Mertz said in a press release.
The Orem, Utah, company designs and markets an online fitness portal, NABUfit virtual training, and manufactures fitness products.
