New Issue: Citigroup sells $4.89 million buffered PLUS due 2021 tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.89 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain, capped at par plus 23.8%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.
