New Issue: Citi prices $1.34 million barrier notes due 2026 tied to MSCI EAFE fund

Chicago, Oct. 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.34 million of 0% barrier securities due Oct. 5, 2026 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 179.85% of any fund gain.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 50% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below its 50% barrier level.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
