New Issue: Citi prices $2.74 million dual directional buffer securities on Nasdaq, Dow

Chicago, Nov. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.74 million of 0% dual directional buffer securities due Nov. 1, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least performing index, capped at 35%.

If the least performing index falls but finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of that index’s return.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
