New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.71 million market-linked autocalls on Citi Dynamic Asset Selector 5

Chicago, Nov. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.71 million of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due March 31, 2031 linked to the Citi Dynamic Asset Selector 5 Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 5% annual call premium if the index closes above its call threshold on an annual observation date starting March 28, 2022. The call threshold will be 102% of the initial level on the first observation date and will step up by 200 basis points each year.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
