Fitch ups Old Mutual Wealth
Fitch Ratings said it upgraded Old Mutual Wealth Life Assurance Ltd. to A from A- and removed the company from rating watch evolving.
The agency made the upgrade after ReAssure Group plc reported it was acquiring the company.
The outlook is stable.
