Morgan Stanley plans to price PLUS notes linked to Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., June 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 5, 2020 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the final index value is greater than the initial value, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 28%.

If the final index value is less than or equal to the initial index value, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.

The notes will price on June 14.

The Cusip number is 61768Y695.
