New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $21.5 million jump notes on iShares MSCI EM ETF

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $21.5 million of 0% jump securities due Feb. 25, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the upside payment of 16%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
