New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.28 million buffered PLUS due 2023 tied to S&P

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.28 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 6, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the gain.

If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 30% buffer.
