New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.56 million partial principal at risk notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., May 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.56 million of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due April 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus 73% of any index gain.

If the index finishes flat or declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $950 per security.
