New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $3.79 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., May 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.79 million of 0% market-linked notes due Nov. 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $15.92 per note.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.
