New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $500,000 buffered PLUS linked to Stoxx, ETF

Chicago, Jan. 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $500,000 of 0% buffered PLUS due April 25, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of both assets are positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 212% of the return of the worst performer. Investors will receive par if either assets declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
