Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $15.62 million of 0% autocallable buffered participation securities due Feb. 5, 2024 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 20.2% if the ETF closes at or above its initial level on Feb. 7, 2023.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain.
Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% ETF decline beyond the 10% buffer.
