New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $8.27 million trigger jump securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Buffalo, N.Y., June 1 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $8.27 million of 0% trigger jump securities due May 7, 2024 linked to the performance of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return of the index and the upside payment of 25.1%.

If the index falls by up to 90% of initial levels, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
