New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $10 million step-up callable notes with 2.25% start rate

Olympia, Wash., May 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $10 million of callable fixed-rate step-up notes due May 28, 2030, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon is 2.25% initially, stepping up to 2.5% on May 28, 2025, to 2.75% on May 28, 2028 and to 3% on May 28, 2029. Interest is payable semiannually.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date beginning May 28, 2021.
