Neuberger Berman CLO XXI to redeem secured notes, subordinated notes

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 29 – Neuberger Berman CLO XXI, Ltd. plans to redeem six classes of global secured notes and some subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 25:

• $65,486,333.17 of class A-1-R notes, for a total redemption price of $65,843,095;

• $173,681,144.51 of class A-2-R-R notes, for a total redemption price of $174,649,531.52;

• $42.75 million of class B-R notes, for a total redemption price of $43,075,759.47;

• $27.1 million of class C-R notes, for a total redemption price of $27,375,760.39;

• $15.5 million of class D-R notes, for a total redemption price of $15,693,372.73;

• $18.5 million of class E-R notes, for a total redemption price of $18,837,174.71; and

• $42.15 million of subordinated notes.

For the subordinated notes, the redemption price will be the respective proportional share of the amount of the proceeds of the assets remaining after giving effect to the redemption of the secured notes and full payment of all expenses.
