Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 10 – Safari World PCL’s subsidiary, Phuket FantaSea PCL, completed the issuance of 550 million baht of 6% two-year debentures in four tranches, the most recent of which settled on Dec. 9, according to a Stock Exchange of Thailand notice on Wednesday.
Phuket FantaSea sold at par 200 million baht of tranche 1 debentures, 50 million of tranche 2 debentures, 220 million baht of tranche 3 debentures and 80 million baht of tranche 4 debentures.
Asia Wealth Securities Co. Ltd. was the underwriter.
Proceeds were used for working capital and for the Carnival Magic project, a new theme park in Phuket, Thailand.
Based in Bangkok, Safari World operates leisure parks.
