New Residential Investment sets investor call Thursday for $550 million notes offer

Portland, Ore., Sept. 9 – New Residential Investment Corp. plans to kick off a $550 million offering of five-year unsecured notes on an investor conference call scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, according to a syndicate source.

A telephone roadshow is set to run Thursday and Friday.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the left lead bookrunner. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and the joint bookrunners. BTIG, LLC and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes become callable after two years at par plus 50% of the coupon.

Proceeds will be used to repay term loan debt.

The prospective issuer is a New York-based real estate investment trust primarily focused on originating and servicing mortgages and investing in residential mortgage related assets.
