Ryckman Creek seeks extension; plan hearing likely to be pushed back

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Jan. 24 – Ryckman Creek Resources, LLC requested an extension of its exclusive periods for filing and soliciting votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to a motion filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Ryckman wants to extend its exclusive plan-filing period through April 28 from Jan. 28 and the solicitation period through June 25 from March 27.

The company said the confirmation hearing for its second amended plan of reorganization is scheduled for Feb. 14, but that date “is likely to be adjourned to March 2017 while the debtors finalize certain outstanding issues.”

A hearing on the exclusivity extension is scheduled for Feb. 14.

Ryckman Creek is a Houston-based gas storage services company. It operates as a subsidiary of Peregrine Midstream Partners, LLC. Ryckman filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 on Feb. 2, 2016. The case number is 16-10292.
