Outer Harbor records $4.46 million net loss for April; revenue falls

Pittsburgh, May 27 – Outer Harbor Terminal, LLC reported a $4.46 million net loss for April on $121,300 of net revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Outer Harbor posted $336.51 million of net income on $5.21 million of net revenue in March.

The company had $5.16 million of cash and cash equivalents as of April 30, down from $6.78 million at the end of March.

Based in Oakland, Calif., Outer Harbor is a provider of container terminal operation and stevedore services at the Port of Oakland. The company filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 1 under Chapter 11 case number 16-10283.
