India’s Panyam Cements sets July 14 board meeting to mull bond issue

Chicago, July 7 – Panyam Cements & Mineral Industries Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will hold a board meeting on July 14 to evaluate the issue of secured redeemable debentures.

Panyam Cements is a cement and hydraulic company based in Hyderabad, India.
