RFC CDO III missed interest payment on class B note triggers default

Pittsburgh, Jan. 29 – RFC CDO III Ltd. did not make the interest payment due Dec. 15 on its class B note, according to a notice from trustee Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

The trustee said the non-payment continued for three business days, resulting in an event of default.

RFC is a Cayman Islands collateralized debt obligation.
