Chicago, March 28 – Interplex Holdings Ltd., formerly known as Amtek Engineering Ltd., said it will redeem its S$200 million 6.9% notes due 2019 after obtaining holder approval to do so in January.

The notes will be redeemed at 102%, or par and a prepayment fee of 2%, plus accrued interest to the redemption date of April 5, according to a company press release.

The company said on Jan. 28 that it secured the needed consents to amend the 6.9% notes to include a call option.
