New Asia Energy completes $300,000 private placement of stock

Sells 285,750,001 shares to 10 investors

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 6 – New Asia Energy, Inc. sold $300,000 of stock in a private placement to 10 people on Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The total number of shares issued in the transaction was 285,750,001.

The company, based in Singapore, plans to acquire advanced energy technologies and renewable/alternative energy projects.
