India’s Piramal may sell Rs. 20.5 billion of bonds in private offering

Chicago, Aug. 8 – Piramal Enterprises Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it may issue up to Rs. 20.5 billion of secured debentures in one or more issues from time to time.

The private placement will be considered at a board meeting set for Aug. 11, according to a notice.

Piramal is a Mumbai, India-based diversified company with a presence in the pharmaceutical, financial services and information management sectors.
