New Issue: India’s Piramal to issue Rs. 1.5 billion 9.45% secured redeemable notes

Chicago, July 20 – Piramal Enterprises Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue Rs. 1.5 billion of 9.45% secured redeemable debentures in two tranches due in 1,092 days and 1,107 days.
The company will issue 1,500 debentures at par of Rs. 1 million each, and the notes will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., according to the notice.
Piramal Enterprises, formerly Piramal Healthcare Ltd., is a Mumbai-based subsidiary of the Piramal Group.
