Indiana Health ponders refunding deal on behalf of Franciscan Alliance

New York, Dec. 22 – The Franciscan Alliance Inc., formerly the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services Inc., is considering a refunding offering through the Indiana Health and Educational Facility Financing Authority, according to a statement from the corporation.

Proceeds from the offering, if conducted, would refund its outstanding series 2006E revenue bonds.

Pricing is contingent upon market and other factors.
