Moody’s: ER-Telecom view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed ER-Telecom Holding, CJSC’s corporate family rating at B2 and probability of default rating at B2-PD, and changed the outlook to positive from stable.

"Our decision to change outlook on ER-Telecom's ratings to positive comes on the back of successful efforts to diversify its service line-up and expand into other regions, primarily through M&A, while maintaining relatively strong profitability, cash flow generation and interest coverage metrics, as well as moderate leverage and good liquidity," Moody's vice president, senior analyst Julia Pribytkova said in a news release.
