Fitch rates Indonesia Infrastructure notes AAA(idn)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a national long-term rating of AAA(idn) to PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance's proposed Rp 500 billion medium-term notes.

The notes will be issued directly by Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, Fitch said.

The proceeds will be used to finance the company's corporate investment requirements.

The notes are rated at the same level as the company's national long-term because they will constitute direct, unsubordinated and senior unsecured obligations of Indonesia Infrastructure, the agency said, and rank equally with all its other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations.
