New Jersey Health defeases 2007 AtlantiCare Regional Medical bonds

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 15 – The New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority defeased its series 2007 revenue and refunding bonds issued for the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par on July 1, 2017:
• $2,975,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016, to be redeemed at maturity;
• $1 million of 4.3% bonds due July 1, 2017;
• $2,125,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2017;
• $3.27 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2018;
• $3.44 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2019;
• $3.61 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2020;
• $3,785,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2021;
• $3,975,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2022;
• $4,175,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2023;
• $4,385,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2024;
• $4,605,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2025;
• $2.88 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2026;
• $3,095,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2027; and
• $59.18 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2037.
