Adelphia misses $55.4 million interest payments
New York, June 17 - Adelphia Communications Corp. said it failed to make two interest payments totaling $44.4375 million due June 17.
The Coudersport, Pa. cable company missed the $51.25 million interest payment on its 10¼% senior notes due Nov. 15, 2009 and the $4.1875 million due on its 8 3/8% senior notes due Dec. 15, 2007.
