India’s Joyville Shapoorji to issue series A, B debentures at discount

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 14 – Joyville Shapoorji Housing Pvt. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it met on Monday and plans to issue series A and series B debentures.

The company will issue 2,533,900 of series A debentures with the face value of Rs. 100 at a discount of Rs. 5 per debenture. The total consideration will be Rs. 240,720,500.

It will also issue 5,912,433 of series B debentures with the face value of Rs. 100 at a discount of Rs. 5 per debenture. The total value will be Rs. 561,681,135.

Joyville Shapoorji Housing is a construction company based in Mumbai.
