Andrews Kurth names Jordan Hirsch among new nine partners

Chicago, Dec. 1 – Andrews Kurth LLP announced that corporate and securities specialist Jordan Hirsch was one of nine attorneys elected to partnership, effective Jan. 1.

Hirsch focuses on master limited partnerships and the oil and gas industry. He has represented clients in U.S. capital markets transactions, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and public and private merger and acquisition transactions. He also advises public companies on issues including insider/ownership reporting, corporate governance and other requirements of federal securities laws, according to a news release.

Other newly-elected partners are Isabel Crosby, Brian J. Dillavou, Courtney B. Glaser, Matthew B. Grunert, Julia R. Houston, Stephanie A. Kroger, Cindy Y. Lin and Michelle P. Scheffler.
