Apidos CLO XXIII directed to redeem notes on or after Jan. 31

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 17 – Apidos CLO XXIII/Apidos CLO XXIII LLC received direction from holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem in whole all classes of its secured notes, according to a notice.

The redemption would occur on or after Jan. 31 using either refinancing proceeds or sale proceeds plus other amounts available.

Holders of the class A-1R (Cusip: 03765YAL8), A-2AR (Cusip: 03765YAN4), A-2BR (Cusip: 03765YAQ7), B (Cusip: 03765YAE4), C (Cusip: 03765YAG9), D-1 (Cusip: 03766QAA8), D-2 (Cusip: 03766QAC4) and subordinated notes (Cusip: 03766QAE0) were notified.
