Apidos CLO XXIII to redeem class A-1, A-2A and A-2B notes on Jan. 31

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 19 – Apidos CLO XXIII/Apidos CLO XXIII LLC plans to redeem its class A-1, A-2A and A-2B notes in full on Jan. 31, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $310,414,821.33 for the class A-1 notes;

• $45,234,730.77 for the class A-2A notes; and

• $21,876,936.90 for the class A-2B notes.

The class B notes, class C notes, class D-1 notes, class D-2 notes and the subordinated notes will not be redeemed on the redemption date.
