Apidos CLO XXIII holders explore redemption of three note classes

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 20 – Apidos CLO XXIII/Apidos CLO XXIII LLC said some holders or beneficial owners of its notes have entered into discussions relating to a potential redemption of its class A-1, A-2A and A-2B notes.

The notes would be redeemed using proceeds of an issue of replacement notes.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
