India Infoline Housing to consider up to Rs. 120 million of debentures

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 30 – India Infoline Housing Finance Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange its debenture committee will meet on Thursday to consider the issuance of up to Rs. 120 million of series A6 nonconvertible debentures.

The debentures will be issued on a private placement basis.

India Infoline provides mortgage financing in India. It is based in Mumbai.
